The 7-day window

If Fileknife isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. No interrogation, no hoops.

Try it for 7 days

Every purchase comes with 7 days to try Fileknife on your own files: buy it, use it properly, and if it's not right for you, you get your money back.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually take a few business days to appear.

After a refund

Your licence stops working once a refund is issued. You're welcome back any time.
